At PFT we aim to deliver a range of high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner. Our customers seldom need to return an item. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our sales rep so that we can arrange a return.
Return Goods Policy
All authorized returns must be made within sixty (60) days of receipt of order (or invoice date) and accompanied by the appropriate invoice number and Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact our sales rep to obtain a RAN before returning your goods to us. Without a RAN, we will not have a record to indicate we are expecting your return, causing your refund or exchange to be delayed while we research your order. All return authorizations are valid for 15 days. If a return authorization expired or is cancelled, it cannot be reissued.
Unacceptable Returns
- No returns are accepted without a RAN.
- Any return after 60 days from delivery will be considered as trade-in and subject to the terms agreed by our Purchasing Team.
- Quality is our top priority. All returned items are subject to PFT's inspection and acceptance. If the returned goods cannot pass our quality inspection, PFT will return the goods to customer. All freight charges will be responsible by customer.
Restocking Charge
Returns due to customer error or order cancellation will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge or minimum HK$200 each time whichever is higher. This charge will be deducted from your refund.
Valuation of Return
- Price for the returned goods will be the invoice price.
- Refund will be made through credit note only.
- Credit will be issued if the returned goods passed our quality inspection.
- In order to receive full credit, you must return all accessories (cables, manuals, CDs or neck strap) that shipped with the product. If any accessories are missing, US$6 or HK$50 will be deducted from your refund.
- Returned goods must be shipped prepaid. Otherwise, freight charges will be deducted from your refund.
- No credit will be made if returns without RAN or exceeded 60 days of receipt of order (or invoice date).
- Products processed in error by PFT will be credited in full.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of PFT shall be final.
